You can browse this website without creating an account or directly identifying yourself.

Technical and audience measurement data are generated automatically when the website is accessed.

4. Audience measurement and cookies
Pulsecast uses Matomo, hosted within its own WordPress environment, to produce audience statistics.
Matomo is configured without analytics cookies and with IP address anonymisation. It is used only to measure the audience of this website and improve its content and technical performance.
The configuration does not use User IDs, cross-domain tracking, advertising profiling, e-commerce tracking, heatmaps or session recordings. Analytics data are not combined with data from other websites, used for advertising or sent to Matomo Cloud.
You may object to audience measurement at any time through Analytics preferences.

5. Who may receive your data
Personal data may be accessed only by:

Pulsecast;

service providers acting on our behalf for website hosting, email delivery, security or technical maintenance, including OVH for website hosting;

public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
These providers may process data only as necessary to provide their services and must protect its confidentiality and security.
Pulsecast does not sell or rent personal data. Matomo analytics data are not disclosed to Matomo Cloud or used by Matomo for its own purposes.
If a service provider requires personal data to be transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards will be implemented as required by applicable data protection law.
6. How long we keep your data
Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary:

general enquiries and prospective business contacts: up to three years after the last contact;

information relating to a contractual relationship: for the duration of that relationship and any additional period required by law;

technical and security logs: up to twelve months, unless longer retention is necessary to investigate an incident or comply with a legal obligation;

raw Matomo audience data: up to six months;

aggregated Matomo reports: up to twenty-five months.
Data are then deleted or anonymised.
